PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) in cooperation with PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek (KCJ) in the use of electronic money (e-money) for payment Greater Jakarta Commuter Line Train ticket.
Inauguration of e-ticketing is implemented in Jakarta Kota Station, Monday, June 16, 2014 by the Director of Consumer Business Soetirto BRI A. Through the use of prepaid cards Mandiri e-money, Brizzi and BNI TapCash of the three banks, the public is expected to be facilitated in making purchases a train ticket. As for the Jabodetabek commuter train line run by KCJ connecting cities in Greater Jakarta.
Tri Handoyo sure, synergy regarding the implementation of e-ticketing is an effort to improve service to the Greater Jakarta commuter line train passengers by providing the ease and speed of transactions with electronic money, so more and more people are choosing public transportation as daily transportation.
"Currently there are about 640 thousand users in Jabodetabek KRL services, and 60% of them have used the subscription tickets Card Multi Trip (KMT) and the e-money," he said.
In the same occasion, Toni Soetirto said Brizzi prepaid card types that are implemented in the e-ticketing system KCJ, in addition to as a payment on the card KCJ is also integrated as a paid media in other public transport such as TransJakarta, TransJogja, Batik Solo Trans, Trans Pekanbaru.
While Darmadi Sutanto explained, with the cooperation in the KCJ is expected to help the program Cash Less Society (LCS) promoted by Bank Indonesia and the application of a single card for public transportation in Jakarta.
"Because in addition can be used in Jabodetabek commuter train line, also can be used at merchants TransJakarta and other TapCash marked," he said.
