Nagari Bank Loans Rp 50 Billion from SMF

In support of the housing loan portfolio in the region of West Sumatra,  Nagari Bank attained 50 billion of loans with collateral SMF its mortgage portfolio. PT Sarana Multigriya Financial (Persero) or SMF, West Sumatra and PT BPD ( Nagari Bank) financing cooperation refinancing mortgages (mortgage) worth Rp 50 billion for the initial phase, the funds will be used to support business expansion in housing.
The signing of the cooperation undertaken by SMF Raharjo Adisusanto Director and Managing Director of  Nagari Bank, Suryadi Asmi in SMF Office, Jakarta, Friday, September 27, 2013.

"Through saman work is expected to be an opportunity for other regional banks to synergize with SMF in housing finance for the increase in their respective regions," said Raharjo.

Through this partnership, both parties also hope to support the growth of housing finance in Indonesia, particularly in areas that have the potential development of the area reserved for public housing.

"For  Nagari Bank , partnership financing can encourage an increase in financial resources as a function of running the financial institutions in mortgage lending. Because of the need for housing will never stop as a basic necessity, "said Suryadi.
