Launching Mobile Phone Accounts, Mandiri Partnering with Three Telecom Operators

With the cooperation of the launching mobile phone account, is expected to provide financial access to the entire people of Indonesia. PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk cooperation with telecom operators three companies, namely PT Telecommunication Cellular, PT Indosat Tbk, and PT XL Tbk to strengthen inclusive finance. Consumer Banking Director of Bank Mandiri, Hery Gunardi said cooperation is the launch of mobile phone account using co-branding products of electronic money concept, so marketing and education can be more effective and efficient. In addition, each party will also optimize the network infrastructure.

He explaines, for the early stages of launch, this mobile phone accounts will be conducted in three cities or districts in West Java namely Bandung, Garut and Tasikmalaya. The launching time is a continuation of a soft launch roadshow which has been implemented since the end of March to mid-April 2015 in three cities / districts.

According to Hery, with this cooperation of the launch of this phone accounts is expected to provide financial access to the entire people of Indonesia. It is also in line to increase financial inclusion in the midst of society, which would certainly have positive influence on the economy of Indonesia in the future.
